Our services are primarily designed for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and hold valid Philippine government membership numbers (SSS, PhilHealth, and/or Pag-IBIG). We serve clients in over 100 countries.
SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-IBIG Services
Yes! This is one of our most popular services. You provide us with your SSS number and the contribution amount, pay our service fee plus the contribution amount securely online, and we process your SSS payment directly. You'll receive a confirmation once the payment is posted to your SSS account.
Most government transactions are processed within 3–5 Philippine business days after payment. SSS and PhilHealth contributions typically post within 1–3 business days. Government document requests (PSA, NBI) may take 7–15 business days depending on the document and delivery option. We provide real-time status updates via email and SMS.
Yes, we facilitate SSS salary loans, calamity loans, and emergency loans for eligible members. Our specialists will review your eligibility based on your contribution history and guide you through the application process. Note that final loan approval is made by SSS — we cannot guarantee approval of any application.
Yes. We assist with SSS sickness, maternity, disability, and other benefit claims. You'll need to provide the required documentation (medical certificates, birth certificates, etc.) which you can submit digitally through our secure platform. Our team prepares and files the claim on your behalf.
Yes, we assist with Pag-IBIG housing loan applications. This is a more complex process that requires coordination with multiple parties. Our OFW loan specialists will guide you through the eligibility requirements, document preparation, and submission process. Processing times for housing loans are longer — typically 30–90 days depending on Pag-IBIG's current processing load.
Payments & Security
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards including Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya (PayMaya). All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted through our platform. We do not store your full credit card numbers — payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your personal data is protected under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We never share your data with unauthorized third parties.
Yes. AMG Fintech Corp. issues official BIR-registered receipts for all service fees charged. You will receive a digital receipt via email immediately after payment. We also retain records of all government transaction confirmations for your reference.
Refunds & Support
If your transaction is rejected by a government agency due to an error on our part, we will refund your full service fee and work to resolve the issue. If the rejection was due to eligibility issues (e.g., insufficient contributions for a loan), we'll advise you of next steps but cannot refund service fees for completed processing work. We guarantee that we will make our best effort to process your transaction accurately and promptly. If we fail to complete a transaction within our stated processing time due to issues on our end, we will refund your service fee in full. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes from government agencies, as final decisions on benefits, loans, and claims are made solely by SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other agencies.
