At AMG Fintech Corp., we strive to maintain top-tier infrastructure availability and client satisfaction. Because our platform processes digital products, tech integrations, or instant financial technology deployments, all transactions cleared via amgfintech.com are generally subject to the terms outlined below.
AMG Fintech Corp. charges service facilitation fees for processing government transactions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other agencies) on behalf of Overseas Filipino Workers. These service fees are separate from any government-mandated contribution or remittance amounts.
Due to the intangible nature of software-as-a-service (SaaS) allocations and automated processing tools, setup fees and completed transaction processing fees are non-refundable once the digital delivery or system allocation has successfully initiated.
If you believe you have been billed in error, or that an unauthorized double-charge has occurred on your account, you must report the issue to our support team within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date. Eligible configuration errors found to be caused strictly by platform malfunctions will be credited or refunded in full to the original payment method.
✅ If a transaction failure was caused by AMG Fintech Corp., we will refund your service fee in full. We stand behind our service.
Contributions remitted to Philippine government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) on your behalf are governed by those agencies' own refund policies. AMG Fintech Corp. cannot refund government contributions that have been successfully remitted. Contact the relevant agency directly for such requests.
If your access to our services operates on a recurring weekly, monthly, or annual subscription model:
To open an official billing query or request an escalation review regarding an execution discrepancy, please contact us with your full name, registered user email, transaction date, and associated reference ID.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
